Double Quality recently completed a partial remodel of our 70-year-old home. Dimitry and his group are hard working and creative remodelers in that they can find a solution to a difficult problem. We choose hard-to-cut tiles and mosaics that were difficult to work with, and they were able to overcome those difficulties with little time lost, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Dimitry himself discusses problems and makes suggestions and can complete an owners direction or suggest in a logical way a more desirable solution. If Dimitry came upon a problem that he did not clearly understand he clearly stated the problem to me and found a solution from outside contacts or was able to improvise a favorable solution.
I was impressed with their knowledge of subcontractors – electrician and glass specialists who also performed with precision and coordinated well with Double Quality. They were respectful of our privacy and installed protective covers on our hardwood floors and kitchen areas.
I would be very happy to use and recommend Double Quality for any remodeling work.

Dimitry and his team did I outstanding job remodeling my parents home in Rossmoor. I really can’t say enough positive things about their workmanship and the pleasure he is to work with.
First of all, his price is very fair and reasonable. His original bid was fair, and he never used the multiple change orders we initiated to take advantage of us.
Second, of all he has an extraordinarily positive approach to every aspect of his business. He is personally involved, and both he and his workers seem to take sincere pleasure in pleasing the customer. He offers proactive and educated opinions but is never dogmatic or unpleasant.
Last but not least, his workmanship is outstanding. This seems to be the result of not only the skills of the team but of their genuine mutual care and concern. They take a little extra time to ensure the miter joints fit almost perfectly. Tile is measured and cut precisely. Sheetrock nailing patterns are exact.
Hiring Dimity is like hiring a member of your family. I sincerely look forward to hiring Dimity for my next remodel job.

I contacted a number of contractors for a bid on a shower rehab and was pleasantly surprised by Dimitry because 1) He showed up, and 2), He was quite reasonable compared to some of the sharks that were trying to take advantage of a tight market. I checked everyone and everyplace I could think of to make sure he was legit, and he was.
He is pleasant and an excellent communicator between you and his crew who speaks little English. As often happens, the project took longer than expected due in part to some change orders on our part. Both he and his crew put in some very long days on occasion to make up for it so I can’t hold it against him…stuff happens.
I do some handy work myself, so I expect pretty close to perfection in the work I do and have done. Dimitry was flexible and followed through to make sure all work was done to my satisfaction.
The project involved demo, plumbing, electrical, a new window, a lot of tiling, two showerheads, a stone floor, and multiple inspections. We are very happy with the work his company did and his vendor recommendations. We would gladly recommend Double Quality Remodeling.

Dimitri Doronkin, the owner of Double Quality Remodeling Co., came by to discuss our plans to add a front deck. With his professional intuition and guidance, he considered our designs, questions, and costs. He and his employees were knowledgeable craftsmen. We have a beautiful front deck which has made the front of the house more appealing and easier to access.
Additionally, we asked him to create a pergola on our back porch. His ideas and suggestions were fabulous. He identified a problem from a previous job and was able to repair and improve the situation remarkably.
Today we have a front and back deck that is wonderful to share with our guests and family.

Dimitry and his crew remodeled three bathrooms, replaced carpet with laminate floors in 5 rooms and hallways, fixed some cracks in stucco walls, painted interior and exterior, installed crown molding and performed numerous small custom remodeling jobs all over the house.
He is a true perfectionist. For example, he suggested installing bathroom floor tiles in multi-tile pattern instead of simple grid pattern which made our renovated bathrooms look much nicer
